  • Make sure that your machine is correctly plugged in and switched on.
  • Check that your machine isn’t too far from your phone. If so, move closer. During the pairing process, your phone should remain within 10m from your machine.
  • Ensure that your machine isn’t already connected to another Bluetooth enabled device or phone in your household. While multiple phones can be connected to the same machine, only one phone can be connected at a time. Quit the Dolce Gusto app or turn Bluetooth off on other devices to allow your phone to connect.
  • Look for possible interference, including wireless devices, baby monitors, fluorescent lights, microwaves and materials like metal and concrete.
